Lazard’s Fishbein Says Oracle Is `Must Own’ Stock
Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) — Joel Fishbein, an analyst with Lazard Capital Markets, discusses the legal battle over software licenses between Oracle Corp. and SAP AG. Oracle is seeking at least $2.3 billion in damages for what the former SAP unit called TomorrowNow acknowledges were fraudulent downloads that infringed Oracle copyrights.
