How to write a Project

Most of the people find it very difficult to write a project. But actually writing a project is not that very difficult. Most of the people get confused in differentiating between a project and an assignment. The basic difference between a project and an assignment is that, a project incorporates a deeper analysis of an issue, whereas an assignment involves minor discussions about a topic. Before writing a project a person should perform a in depth analysis of the issue under consideration. A project also requires a conclusion at the end of its discussions. There are several parts of a project. Although we can divide a project into many parts, the three basic parts of a project are introduction, body and conclusion. It is very important to prepare a appendix for a project. Appendix comes after the conclusion as a separate part. It involves discussion of the issues that has not been discussed broadly within the project. The body of a project can be subdivided into many parts, such as, objective, advantages and disadvantages, calculations etc. Some projects also demand a recommendation after conclusion. The parts of a project varies according to its type. For example, if a project is written about a pressing problem then it should have recommendations at the end for solving the problem. On the other hand, if a project is written about the financial activities of an organization then giving a overall view of the financial activities of the organization in the conclusion is more necessary than giving recommendations. Presenting the findings about the issue of the project in an organized way is very important for the success of the project. If the findings are not placed and presented in a proper way then it becomes very difficult for the reader of the project to understand the essence of the project. A project can be written for any topic. But the style of writing should be different for different projects. Some people think that incorporating many sub parts makes a project rich. But that is not the case. A project should be precise and to the point. Writing redundant things and increasing the number of pages just makes a project boring and monotonous. And a boring and monotonous project can never fulfill its purpose effectively. A project requires explanation of the methods that are used in completing the project.  The resources used for writing the project should also be addressed in the project paper. The use of colors and attractive but polite fonts is necessary while writing a project. It improves the outlook of a project at the same time makes it adorable. It also helps in reducing  monotony. Coherence is also very important in writing a project. If coherence is missing then the reader of the project would not be able connect the various parts of the project. It is very necessary to have a clear idea of the project topic before writing it, in order to make it effective.
